Bookmakers are gun-shy ahead of champion Winx’s bid to post her 11th straight win, putting her up as short as $1.10 in the Chelmsford Stakes.

The TAB has Winx at $1.20 in its opening market on Saturday’s 1600m-race at Randwick with three-year-old Prized Icon at $8 the only other entry under double figures.

There were 12 nominations taken on Monday for the Group Two Chelmsford, six including Winx, from the Chris Waller stable.
