News:

Sydney jockey Tommy Berry has ridden a winner on the second day of his stay in Japan.

Berry, who is spending five weeks in Japan, steered two-year-old Final Call to victory for his sponsor/trainer Yukihiro Kato.

He also rode two seconds on the program at Tokyo.

Later this month Berry will renew his association with Trip To Paris in the Japan cup after riding the English horse to second in the Caulfield Cup and fourth in the Melbourne Cup.
