The Sportingbet punter stands to collect $402,000 if five-year-old mare La Amistad wins the Cup, after putting $6,000 on Maykbe Diva’s relation at odds of $67.
The same punter has had $20,000 on La Amistad to win tomorrow’s Lexus Stakes at Flemington, a race she needs to win in order to guarantee her spot in the Melbourne Cup field.
