Sydney trainer Con Karakatsanis has been disqualified for four months after stewards found five horses he claimed were in his stable were being trained by their owner.
Karakatsanis was given the penalty on Monday following a hearing before Racing NSW stewards.
Owner Angelis Vasili was also outed for four months for training the horses at his Warwick Farm property without a licence with both bans set to expire on January 12.
