Up In Sydney, Saturday’s Rosehill card sees the running of three Group 2 events with overwhelming Slipper favourite She Will Reign set to put her credentials to the test in the Silver Slipper Stakes (Race 5) over 1100m.

We’ve been besieged by interest in this filly to win the March 18 showpiece ever since she scorched to victory on debut at Kembla back in December and despite cutting her price repeatedly the money has continued to flow in this week.
With Magic Millions’ winner Houtzen having her preparation slightly hindered by an inability to run in a barrier trial earlier this week, She Will Reign is likely to take a stranglehold on betting for the Golden Slipper should she be successful on Saturday.
Our traders aren’t convinced the filly will run out a strong 1200m in a highly pressurised race like the Slipper and expect the boom to well and truly come off her this weekend.
She’s come up odds-on for this race and with some tricky races elsewhere on the card we are challenging the big hitters to come after us.
Khan has had a decent break since finishing over the top of Condor Heroes in the Breeders Plate on debut back in October and we are somewhat pinning our hopes on him to upset the hotpot.
Godolphin colt Veranillo also remains unbeaten after a strong win in the Hinchinbrook Plate at Randwick a fortnight ago and is the only other runner under double figures in the smallish field.
