Ramornie Handicap 2013 money comes for Adebisi

Punters with online bookmaker sportsbet are steering clear of Ramornie Handicap favourite Howmuchdoyouloveme and are backing Adebisi at good odds to win tomorrow’s Grafton feature.

Adebisi has firmed from $10 into $9.00 and has attracted double the support to the next best supported runner – Soledad, who has firmed drastically, $21 into $9.00.

Both Pentasia ($8.00) and Celtic Dancer ($34) have also had more staked on them than Howmuchdoyouloveme, who has drifted from $3.50 out to $4.20.

“Howmuchdoyouloveme won last year’s Ramornie, but combine the fact he’s lugging 60.5 kilos and has barrier 10, the punters are more than happy to look elsewhere,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.

Other drifters in betting include Big Bonanza ($4.00 out to $5.00) and River Lad ($5.00 out to $7.50).

Sportsbet.com.au will refund punters their bet on the Ramornie Handicap if their selection finishes second.
