Former champion trainer Peter Moody will stay in racing after taking the job as Rosemont Stud’s racing manager.
Along with his new job at Rosemont Moody will also continue his work with online bookmaker Ladbrokes.com.au as an ambassador.
His position at Rosemont Stud will commence September 1st which coincides with the end of his 6 month ban from racing for cobalt use.
“In something of a coup we have appointed Peter Moody as our racing manager, who will help our team of trainers as well as on-farm staff and pre-training staff manage our racing stock.
“As most know, Peter has a wealth of experience to draw on and we would be delighted to see our trainers work closely with Peter as we plot and plan for black type success this spring and beyond,” Mithen told smh.com.au.
