Melbourne Cup winner Prince Of Penzance will return in Saturday’s 2016 Memsie Stakes at Caulfield and owner John Richards has announced who will ride.
Harry Coffey will ride last years Melbourne Cup winner in his racetrack return.
Coffey however has already been booked to ride in the 2016 Melbourne Cup aboard Signoff which will leave the door open for Michelle Payne and other jockeys to book the ride on Prince Of Penzance in the race that stops a nation.
Confirmation from owner John Richards that @HTCoffey will ride Melbourne Cup winner Prince of Penzance in next Saturdays in Group 1 Memsie.
