Excess Knowledge has had his first look at the track where he will begin his spring preparation.
The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained seven-year-old galloped at Moonee Valley on Tuesday in preparation for Saturday’s Group Two Dato Tan Chin Nam Stakes.
Excess Knowledge is being prepared for a tilt at the 2016 Melbourne Cup in which he finished a creditable seventh last year.
