Bad luck is all that will beat Magic Millions favourite Unencumbered according to punters with online bookmaker sportsbet.

The Bjorn Baker trained Unencumbered is the $3.80 favourite with the two-year-old receiving a steady stream of support to dominate betting ahead of Invisible ($6.50) with daylight to the rest.

“Punters have just crunched Unencumbered, it’s been a massive go. There has been support for Invisible, but Baker’s Testa Rossa colt has received double the money compared to Invisible,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.

Punters have softened their support for one-time favourite Oakleigh Girl ($7.00), out to the third line of betting. Local filly Sagatona has been steady on $11 since she was guaranteed a start with the scratching of Nordic Empire.

Sportsbet.com.au will refund punters their bet on the Magic Millions 2YO Classic and 3YO Guineas if their selection runs second in either race.
