Champion mare Winx has surprisingly eased in betting for Saturday’s George Main Stakes.
The champion mare opened $1.10 with Sportsbet, but has eased to $1.15.
The online bookmaker has Hauraki ($10) next in betting, just ahead of Tosen Stardom ($11).
At Flemington the Albury Cup winner, Tom Melbourne, is $3.90 favourite to win the Naturalism Stakes.
Smart mare Jameka is second pick at $5.50 with Real Love ($9.00) the only other runner under double figures.
“Winx is at skinny odds to disinterest most punters, but if she continues to ease in betting that may change. She has drawn barrier six in the eight horse field, but it will take more than that to prevent her winning,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne.
