Online bookmaker sportsbet is predicting Chris Waller will win another Group 1 at Doomben on Saturday with Foreteller.
The leading Sydney trainer, who was the dominant force over the Autumn carnival, will saddle the $3.20 favourite for the Cup. The six-year-old heads the market over Lights Of Heaven ($3.50), who beat Foreteller at their last meeting.
Lamasery, who finished just behind the Hollindale placegetters is on the next line of betting at $6.00, with Manighar and Hippopus (both $9.00) rounding out the top five in the market.
“Lights Of Heaven had the edge on Foreteller in the Hollindale Stakes, but the Waller trained horse had excuses. He was a long way back and was finishing the race off better than anything,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.
