Black Caviar will have eight rivals, including Hay List, in what is widely regarded as her toughest test in Saturday’s Group One Lightning Stakes.

The champion mare, who has drawn barrier five, is set to back up from her outstanding win in the Orr Stakes (1400m) last weekend.

Hay List has drawn barrier seven for the 1000-metre Flemington feature with three-year-old Foxwedge to jump from the outside gate.

Black Caviar, who will be angling for her 19th win in as many starts, has notched six wins at Flemington including the Lightning Stakes last year.
