Capitalist will run in Saturday’s Group One Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington after connections of the 3-year-old made the call this morning.
Co-trainer Peter Snowden said earlier this week that the were weighing up whether to start the colt in Saturday’s Coolmore Stud Stakes or wait for the Darley Classic against older horses at weight-for-age a week later.
Capitalist was scratched from Friday night’s Manikato Stakes because of a rain-affected track.
Decision made by owners and @SnowdenRacing1 that Capitalist will run in Saturday’s Group 1 Coolmore at Flemington.
