Bendigo Cup preview:
Our Century has been the best backed runner leading in to the Bendigo Cup 2016 on Wednesday with Sportsbet.com.au punters taking the early odds of $2.50.
Katelyn Mallyon will remain on the back of Our Century who was a last start winner in a BM84 race on Blue Sapphire Stakes day at Caulfield.
There has been little support for Darren Weir’s only runner in the race with Howard Be Thy Name drifting from $3.50 out to $4.40.
Howard Be Thy Name has a guaranteed start in the Melbourne Cup 2016 but would have to impress in the Bendigo Cup to be any chance to take it’s place in the Melbourne Cup field.
Francis Of Assisi has been specked in betting with the international into $7.50 after opening at $8.00.
