Big Danger: Miss Steele is a first starter from the Mick Kent yard with Glen Boss on board and has been backed from $7 into $3.50 favourite. Market would suggest she has some quality.
Roughie: Dalton is a very consistant galloper who has race experience on his side and should go well against the fillies at good odds.

Back Me: Desert Wizard was very impressive on debut at Kyneton winning by close to three lengths on the line. Drops 4kg from that run and the extra distance should suit and will go very close in town here.
Don’t Back Me: Electric Fusion ran well at Morphettville last start but finds a tougher field here and from barrier 13 will likely be posted wide and have a tough run.
Big Danger: Medvedev is coming out of probably the best form race in which he was unlucky not to finish much closer and from barrier six will get a good run and be right in the finish.
Roughie: About Square had everything go wrong for him at Flemington last start and is a much better horse than what was shown there. Look for a better showing on Saturday at good odds.

Back Me: Our Celladoor looked like she was going to win last start although was on the wrong side of the straight come finish time. Looks a big chance in this race at each way odds.
Don’t Back Me: Vain Queen has won both of her starts and will start as a deserving favourite although against a big field over an untried distance she looks under the odds and im happy to risk as she doesn’t represent any value.
Big Danger: Walk With Attitude was super disappointing last start but im willing to give her another chance on Saturday and she is at very good odds.
Roughie: Maglissa has raced in some very good races with big weights. She finds an easier race here and gets in much better in weights and looks a good rough chance.

Back Me: Auld Burns was disappointing last start but didn’t have any favours throughout the run. Happy to forgive him here and his ran before that was excellent beaten narrowly by quality galloper Banca Mo.
Don’t Back Me: Whisper Downs goes up 2kg on last run were he beat Lidari narrowly. Has drawn barrier 12 and will do it tough on Saturday were i don’t think he can win.
Big Danger: Lidari did a lot of the work last start to only just get beaten on the line by Whisper Downs. Meets him much better in the weights here and looks a good winning chance.
Roughie: Secessio has shown he is a very good galloper on his day. Checked and raced tight last start and wasn’t disgraced, happy to give him another chance on Saturday at each way odds.

Big Danger: Unchain My Heart missed the jump last start got back and hit the line well to go close, looks as if the extra distance will suit and should go close.

Big Danger: Title has been racing in some of the best races around the country. Will carry the big weight but is the class horse and will go to the front and be hard to get past.
