Scott paired with amateur Aussie

South Australian amateur Antonio Murdaca will get a baptism of fire in his Masters debut, with the 19-year-old paired with fellow Australian and 2013 Masters champion Adam Scott.

The first of six Australians in the field, Scott and Murdaca are due off at 9:35am local time with long-hitting American Dustin Johnson.

World No.5 Jason Day has drawn the last tee time of the opening round at 1:59pm local time where he will play with Spain’s Sergio Garcia and American Rickie Fowler.

Former world No.1 Tiger Woods, now 111th in the world and making his return to golf from a lengthy layoff, will be in the group ahead of Day with American Jimmy Walker and Jamie Donaldson of Wales.

Queenslander John Senden is in the group immediately ahead of Woods at 1:37pm local time with England’s Luke Donald and Frenchman Victor Dubuisson.

Marc Leishman, should he make it to Augusta, is due off at 11:03am local time with former champion Ian Woosnam of Wales and American dual heart transplant recipient Erik Compton.

Leishman is still yet to commit as he cares for his sick wife in hospital.

Geoff Ogilvy has drawn Germany’s former champion Bernhard Langer and Austria’s Bernd Wiesberger at 11:47am local.

World No.1 Rory McIlroy is due off at 10:41am local time with former champion Phil Mickelson and American Ryan Moore while defending champion Bubba Watson is in the group ahead of Scott and Murdaca at 9:24am with England’s Justin Rose and Korean amateur Gunn Yang.
