While Shane Cameron has firmed significantly in betting with online bookmaker sportsbet for his IBO world cruiserweight shot, in from $4.24 to $2.60 since the market opened, veteran Danny Green remains the favourite at $1.44.
Despite being the favourite, punters can’t split the fighters, with almost the same amount of money being bet on each competitor. As a result, Green has drifted from $1.20 to $1.44.
“We opened Green as the short priced favourite and while the market still suggests he will be hard to beat, punters have seen the value in Cameron and the betting has been 50/50,” said sportsbet.com.au’s Shaun Anderson.
