Tom Boonen wins 2012 Paris Roubaix

Race favourite Tom Boonen has won his fourth Paris Roubaix after winning today’s edition of the race. Tom Boonen made an early move in the race that stretches 257.5km and it proved a winning one after holding off the peloton by one minute and thirty nine seconds on the line.

Tom Boonen crossed the line in a time of 5:55.19.

Ballan/Turgot finished the race in unison but a closer look shows there was a small margin in favour of Turgot they crossed the line at 1:39 behind Boonen.
