Australian Test fast bowler Peter Siddle was named in Victoria’s team for his first start of the domestic season, with the Bushrangers facing Queensland on Sunday in a one-day cup match at North Sydney Oval.
Victoria are also boosted by the return of batsman Rob Quiney following a calf strain, while spinner Fawad Ahmad has been omitted on a wicket tipped to favour the seamers.
Victoria won the toss and elected to send Queensland in to bat.
The Bushrangers have won three from three, while the Bulls have triumphed in their one match to date.
