Cricket Australia on Thursday named a 17-man squad for next month’s four-Test tour of India.
Five pace bowlers have been included. They are Mitchell Johnson, Peter Siddle, Mitchell Starc, James Pattinson and Jackson Bird, plus spinners Nathan Lyon and Xavier Doherty and allrounders Moises Henriques and Glenn Maxwell.
Batsmen Usman Khawaja and Steve Smith have also been named.
