Australia won the toss and decided to bat first in their one-day tour match against Essex in Chelmsford.

The match is the touring side’s final fixture before the five-match one-day series against England starts on Friday at Lord’s.

Australia have made two changes to the side that played in the rain-ruined encounter against Ireland on Saturday in Belfast.

Clint McKay comes in for Ben Hilfenhaus and George Bailey takes Peter Forrest’s spot.
