Naitanui (groin), former Collingwood midfielder Sharrod Wellingham (ankle) and Matt Rosa (thigh) are all yet to play this season because of their injuries.
They were named in the extended Eagles’ squad for the home match.
Collingwood small forward Andrew Krakouer was named for his first senior game this season as ruckman Darren Jolly was also recalled for the Friday night game against St Kilda at Etihad Stadium.
Jolly has been out of action since round two with a rib injury.
The Magpies reacted to their Anzac Day loss by dropping Jordan Russell, Alex Fasolo and Ben Sinclair.
Jarrod Witts and Ben Kennedy were named for their AFL debuts and Josh Thomas returns to the side.
Ben Hudson is the other absentee with leg soreness.
The Saints included Stephen Milne and Arryn Siposs for Tom Lee (Achilles) and Trent Dennis-Lane.
Cats stars Tom Hawkins and Paul Chapman will return for the Friday night clash with Richmond at the MCG, replacing Jared Rivers (knee) and Josh Caddy.
The Tigers lost Brad Helbig (hamstring) and dropped Robin Nahas and Jake Batchelor, with Steve Morris, Troy Chaplin and Jake King back in the side.
Star Hawthorn midfielder Brad Sewell, out since round two with a hamstring injury, was named for Saturday’s away match against Adelaide.
Former Geelong player Jonathan Simpkin will make his Hawks debut, with Cyril Rioli (hamstring) and Shane Savage the omissions.
The Crows named Jason Porplyzia, Shaun McKernan and Jarryd Lyons for Taylor Walker (knee), Jared Petrenko and Rory Laird (thigh).
Hill was one of Fremantle’s best in their one-point win over Richmond last Friday night.
They were already without Kepler Bradley (knee) and Nathan Fyfe (suspension), while Lachie Neale was dropped for the Saturday night away game against Gold Coast.
Paul Duffield, Alex Silvagni, Cameron Sutcliffe and Hayden Crozier take their spots.
Harley Bennell and newcomer Jesse Lonergan come into Gold Coast’s lineup for Steven May (hamstring) and Jack Hutchins.
Carlton key forward Jarrad Waite, another top player yet to appear in the AFL this season, was named in their squad for Sunday’s match against Melbourne.
Essendon lost defender Jake Carlisle (ankle) and Dyson Heppell (groin) for Saturday’s Etihad Stadium game against Greater Western Sydney.
They will rest Jason Winderlich and Travis Colyer was dropped.
The Bombers recalled Leroy Jetta, Tayte Pears, Nick Kommer and Jake Melksham.
The Giants made seven changes, losing co-captain Phil Davis (back), Setanta O’hAilipin (calf) and No.1 draft pick Lachie Whitfield (soreness).
Tom Bugg, Bret Thornton, Lachie Plowman and Nick Haynes were dropped.
The inclusions are Stephen Gilham, Curtly Hampton, Josh Bruce, Jacob Townsend, Sam Frost and Taylor Adams, with Aidan Corr to make his senior debut.
North Melbourne and Port Adelaide made one change apiece for their Saturday match in Hobart.
Will Sierakowski will make his AFL debut as North left out Liam Anthony, while Kane Mitchell comes into the Port lineup for Jackson Trengove (foot).
