West Coast will make three changes heading into the match with Andrew Embley, Darren Glass and Jacob Brennan and replacing Sam Butler, Mitch Brown and Brad Sheppard.
Geelong will also make three changes with Jonathan Simpkin, Cameron Guthrie and Jordan Murdoch coming in for Josh Hunt, James Kelly and Billie Smedts.
