Collingwood recruit Adam Treloar will make a low-key debut for the AFL club this weekend when he plays for their VFL affiliate.
Treloar, a former Greater Western Sydney midfielder, had off-season groin surgery and the Magpies are aiming for him to be ready for their third NAB Challenge match.
Injury-plagued key position player Ben Reid was sent for a precautionary scan and missed Tuesday training but the Magpies are similarly hopeful he will be ready for their last practice game.
