Tigers’ skipper doubtful before AFL finals

Richmond skipper Trent Cotchin is no certainty to play before the AFL finals, with scans confirming he has suffered a low-grade hamstring strain.

The Tigers expect Cotchin to miss two to three weeks after re-injuring his troublesome left hamstring, although in a different location to his two previous injuries this season.

With four rounds remaining and a week off to come before the finals, Richmond are likely to weigh up keeping Cotchin on ice until their first final.
