THE 2020 AFL DRAFT AT A GLANCE:-

* The 2020 AFL draft will be held on one night – Wednesday, December 9 – and will be conducted virtually from the AFL review centre, with clubs submitting their draft selections through an online system.

* The pre-season and rookie drafts will be held virtually from 12pm AEDT on Thursday

* Clubs can live trade their selections during the draft – including making deals involving 2021 selections

* Potential father-son draftees include Maurice Rioli Jnr (Richmond) and Taj Schofield (Port Adelaide)

* Potential academy draftees include: Jamarra Ugle-Hagan (Western Bulldogs), Reef McInnes (Collingwood), Braeden Campbell (Sydney), Lachlan Jones (Port Adelaide) and Blake Coleman (Brisbane)

* Collingwood and GWS have the most picks heading into the draft with 10 apiece, while Gold Coast have the fewest with three but the number of picks available doesn’t necessarily correlate to how many clubs will use

* GWS have the most picks in the first round with four (picks 10, 13, 15 and 20) while Essendon have three in the top 10 (picks six, seven and eight)

* Barring any trades, West Coast will make the latest entry into the draft with the Eagles’ first selection at No.62

* Players widely touted as potential top-10 selections:

Jamarra Ugle-Hagan (key forward), Logan McDonald (key forward), Riley Thilthorpe (forward/ruck), Elijah Hollands (midfielder/forward), Denver Grainger-Barras (key defender) and Will Phillips (midfielder)

* The current first-round order:
