The two Sydney sides meet for the fourth time with Sydney this week giving GWS a whopping 75.5 point start. Sydney’s winning margins over GWS have been 63, 94 and in Round 1 of this year, 30 points.

The Swans were surprise losers when travelling to Adelaide to take on Port in Round 13 but have bounced back with wins over a Carlton and last week, a 31 point win over Melbourne.

A win here will see Sydney keep their place in the top four.

GWS almost recorded their first win of the season last week, leading well into the final quarter but two late goals to the Bulldogs, was enough to see them record a four point win.

Although another loss, at least some positives could be taken from last week however, given that GWS has conceded on average, 120 points a game this season and scored only 62 per game, their first win of the season will not be this game.

Expected a bit more than we got from Sydney last week and they’ll be looking for a better effort here as the preparations for the finals start to commence.
