Gold Coast are yet to decide whether they want to commit to more AFL matches against Port Adelaide in Shanghai.
Suns chief executive Mark Evans said on Friday they want to be proper partners in the initiative, while Port president David Koch said other clubs and state governments are interested.
The AFL have also announced a deal that means Sunday’s historic game at Jiangwan Stadium will be broadcast live into China.
