Lawyers for the AFL and ASADA want Stephen Dank’s appeal thrown out after the controversial sports scientist failed to attend the hearing.
Dank sent an email on Sunday, seeking an adjournment because a family member is in hospital with a life-threatening condition.
But at the start of the hearing on Monday, AFL and ASADA lawyers said Dank has had enough chances.
