St Kilda’s Maverick Weller has been offered a one match ban by the AFL match review panel for striking Rohan Bewick.

Weller appeared to punch Bewick in the head after struggling to break the Lion’s tackle in the fourth quarter of the Saints comeback win on Sunday.

The match review panel classified the strike as intentional conduct with low impact to the head, resulting in a two-week ban, reduced to one with an early plea.
