St Kilda will rest several experienced players from Saturday’s opening AFL pre-season match against North Melbourne.
Captain Nick Riewoldt, Leigh Montagna, Sam Fisher and David Armitage will sit out the NAB Challenge game in Wangaratta.
“We want to make sure we get two games – we think it’s best for our more experienced players to make those the last couple of games,” said coach Alan Richardson.
