Preview:

RICHMOND succeeded in snapping a four-game losing streak on Saturday afternoon by beating St Kilda by 44 points at Etihad Stadium. However, after losses to Essendon, North Melbourne, Fremantle and the Sydney Swans, the Tigers are four games out of the eight at 13th on the ladder. The Brisbane Lions, after an emotional week when Jonathan Brown was forced to retire after yet another dangerous concussion, got up to beat the Kangaroos by four points at the Gabba. It was the resurgent team’s third win in five weeks, which keeps them a game clear of the bottom-placed Saints.
