Port Adelaide’s Matt Thomas on Tuesday accepted a two-match sanction from the AFL’s match review panel for engaging in rough conduct.
Thomas had been cited following an incident with Western Bulldogs’ midfielder Tom Liberatore in the second quarter of Sunday’s round-12 clash at Etihad Stadium.
St Kilda’s Raph Clark accepted a reprimand and 70.31 points towards his future record for misconduct for making contact with his head on Adelaide’s Kurt Tippett during the second quarter of Friday’s game at AAMI Stadium.
And Gold Coast’s Taylor Hine has accepted a reprimand and 93.75 points towards his future record for engaging in rough conduct with North Melbourne’s Lindsay Thomas during the third quarter of Saturday night’s match at Metricon Stadium.
Brisbane’s Mitch Golby accepted a $900 sanction for making negligent contact with an umpire during the first quarter of Sunday’s game against Hawthorn at the MCG.
Collingwood’s Dane Swan will face the AFL tribunal on Tuesday as the 2011 Brownlow Medallist contests a level-one tripping charge involving Melbourne’s Sam Blease from the match at the MCG on June 11.
Swan would receive a reprimand and demerit points for the offence if found guilty.
