Port Adelaide’s All Australian onballer Robbie Gray is a doubtful starter for Sunday’s AFL grudge match against Adelaide.
Gray missed Port’s eight-point win against Hawthorn on Saturday night because of a calf injury.
“Hes pain free today which is obviously a very good sign but we wont run him until Thursday so we wont know until then,” Port’s high performance manager Darren Burgess told the club’s website on Monday.
Burgess cleared Jared Polec to play after the winger was substituted on Saturday night carrying an ankle problem.
“He has got some ongoing ankle issues that were managing,” Burgess said.
