Fremantle coach Ross Lyon is confident Matthew Pavlich will return for Saturday’s AFL clash with Port Adelaide, but Danyle Pearce and Chris Mayne are in doubt.
Pavlich missed last week’s win over Brisbane because of a groin injury but will play against the Power if he pulls up well from Thursday’s training session.
Lyon said Pearce and Mayne were sore, and the pair would be assessed later on Thursday.
