The Kangas will be coming in on a high off their first win last week against West Coast, and that confidence might give them a little spark against the Pies.
Collingwood bounced right back against the Demons on Kings Birthday, ruthless on turnover, and capitalising inside 50 with some spectacular finishes.
2019 was the last time the Kangaroos beat Collingwood and whilst they got close two years ago, theres typically been the gulf in class between the two sides.
That should be evident again in this clash, and whilst the Roos are benefited by an extra two days of rest, the Pies only need to play a decent quarter or two to get separation.
The Roos will need to bring some midfield flare and hope their inefficiency can lift a little against a Pies side who are relentless with their pressure on the ball carrier.
The shackles are loose for the Daicos brothers who might get tagged, but certainly wont be matched.
On a smaller Marvel ground where turnovers are even more costly, there isnt a lot of margin for error, and it will be the difference between a big or small loss either way.
