Richmond are predicted by most tipsters to win when they take on the GWS Giants in Saturday’s AFL Grand Final.
Given that the Norm Smith Medal is typically awarded to a player in the winning side it’s hard not to tip a Richmond player.
Two players stand out in the market. The first being Bachar Houli who has been deadly coming out of the Richmond backline in recent weeks. The star was unlucky not to win in 2017 when the Tigers defeated Adelaide in the Grand Final.
The other player that caught my attention was Jack Riewoldt. Although he had one of his poorer games last week he should bounce back strongly and has the ability to turn a game on his own. If he can get his hands on the ball and hit the scoreboard he’s sure to catch the attention of the voting panel.
