No charges have been laid against two Hawthorn players following a police investigation into allegations that a woman was sexually assaulted six days after the club won a third straight AFL premiership last year.
“Box Hill Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team (SOCIT) has concluded an investigation concerning allegations of a sexual assault in Ashwood on 9 October, 2015,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
“No charges have been laid in regards to the matter.”
