Carlton stars Matthew Kreuzer and Bryce Gibbs have agreed to new deals with the AFL club.
Ruck-forward Kreuzer – the No.1 draft pick in 2007 – has signed a three-year contract extension.
Gibbs – who was the first pick overall in the 2006 national draft – has had his deal extended by two years.
Carlton’s general manager of football operations Andrew McKay said the re-signing of the pair was great news for the Blues, who play Geelong in a season-defining encounter on Friday night.
“We are delighted Bryce and Matthew have agreed to continue their exciting careers at the Carlton football club,” said McKay.
