North Melbourne have suffered yet another injury blow with forward Mason Wood to miss up to two months of football after undergoing knee surgery.
Wood injured his left knee in the Kangaroos’ loss to West Coast and coach Brad Scott comfirmed on Thursday he would miss six to eight weeks as he recovers from surgery.
Veteran onballer Nick Dal Santo missed the loss to the Eagles through illness but will return for Saturday’s important clash against Port Adelaide at Etihad Stadium.
