“It’s really exciting to get it all done,” Mackay said in a statement on Tuesday.
“I’m really looking forward to being a part of the club for the next three years and it starts this week.”
Adelaide host Sydney in a Saturday qualifying final, with 83-gamer Mackay joining the likes of Patrick Dangerfield, Rory Sloane and Taylor Walker with new deals at the Crows this year.
But key forward Kurt Tippett remains unsigned, waiting until season’s end before deciding his playing future.
