Misfiring Sydney ruckman Kurt Tippett is feeling fitter and playing better but the dumped star won’t be given any special treatment as he battles to regain his spot in the AFL side.
Tippett was dropped after an underwhelming performance against Hawthorn in round 10 and Swans coach John Longmire is yet to reveal whether he did enough in the seconds to demand a recall.
“When we think he’s playing good consistent football to be able to deliver at senior level he’ll be selected in the senior team, just like any other player would,” Longmire said on Thursday.
