Brisbane coach Justin Leppitsch understands Jack Redden’s reasons for wanting to leave the AFL club but will do all he can to convince the star to stay.
The Lions were rocked on Wednesday when Redden told Leppitsch he wanted to be traded, feeling his football had gone stale and he needed a change of scenery to get back to his best.
Leppitsch says big changes are underway at the Lions and he wants Redden to be a part of that future.
