The AFL has fined North Melbourne a total of $80,000 for coach Brad Scott’s comments regarding the umpires following their clash with Hawthorn.
AFL football operations manager Mark Evans said the club would have to pay $50,000 while Scott had been slugged with a $30,000 fine.
Evans said the AFL had taken into account the apology and retraction from the club and from Scott.
