Sydney midfielder Luke Parker has declared himself a certain starter for next Saturday’s AFL grand final despite suffering a knee knock in Friday’s preliminary final win over Geelong.
Parker hobbled from the ground in the third quarter but returned to the game after having his knee strapped.
“I’ll be in (the grand final) for sure. It would have to be a lot worse to pull out this week,” Parker said at Sydney Airport on Saturday morning.
