Essendon veteran Dustin Fletcher remains unsure if he’ll be able to return to the field this season and is still yet to decide if he’ll attempt to play on next year.
The 40-year-old played his 400th AFL game in round nine and had been sidelined by a groin issue since.
“It’s a bit disappointing but I’ll do my best to try and get back … have a bit of a run,” Fletcher said on Tuesday.
“It’s great to play 400 but you still want to try and push it out.”
