The third match of the AFL Season kicks off tonight between Hawthorn Hawks and Collingwood Magpies at the MCG. The first bounce will commence at 7:50pm AEDT (Melbourne Time).

Collingwood are plagued with injuries at the moment and could be missing 10 of their best 22 including skipper Nick Maxwell: (ankle injury), Nathan Brown (knee),Chris Tarrant (foot), Ben Johnson (hamstring), Alan Didak (adductor), Dayne Beams (shin), Cameron Wood (shoulder).

Whilst Hawthorn will be missing Jarryd Roughead (achilles), Max Bailey (wrist), Stephen Gilham (knee) and Liam Shiels (corked thigh) from their starting team.

With the big list of injuries for the Magpies it looks like Hawthorn should have the upper hand in the match and will start favourites.
