Hawthorn are into their third AFL grand final in a row after seeing off a brave Fremantle by 27 points at Domain Stadium on Friday night.

The Hawks were put under huge pressure early by the Dockers but they regained their composure to lead at every change and record a 15.4 (94) to 10.7 (67) win.

Cyril Rioli kicked two vital last-quarter goals to finish with three majors, while Sam Mitchell was all class at the stoppages in a gutsy display by Alastair Clarkson’s side.
