Returning Brisbane Lions star Pearce Hanley has warned fans not to expect too much from him too soon ahead of his AFL comeback on Sunday.
Hanley will make his first appearance of the season against GWS at Spotless Stadium, having undergone hip surgery back in February.
Whether the Irishman can run out the full game against the in-form Giants is a question not even he can answer, but Hanley’s inclusion should at least provide the injury-smashed Lions with some much needed experience.
